tofu 05 front cover

Now that it's posted, I thought I should give a little bit of an explanation for the cover. Since the theme of spring cleaning had been decided for issue V, I felt the cover needed a sign of new life, and what better way to do that then with a plant sprouting? Read More »

DIY Microgreens

It's finally spring – one of my favourite times of year. The scent of a warm breeze on your face. The sight of little green shoots coming up in the garden beds. I was up far too late last night, but it was for good reason. So, despite my lack of sleep, I'm up early today to announce a mew direction for T.O.F.U. magazine. Read More »

Supporting the community

Community

When working more on passion than finance, having plenty of folks in your corner is always a big help. So, with this in mind, we have always tried to return the kindness whenever asked, and even sometimes when we were not asked! Being involved with Berkeley Vegan Earth Day is one of the ways we try to help. Read More »
