T.O.F.U. to hit the road in August (with your help?)

Ryan enters America during the T.O.F.U. tour

We've started working on the second T.O.F.U. tour. However, due to a lack of money and time, we're only going across Canada this time. Of course, just because it's a smaller tour doesn't mean we don't need help! So, please drop us a line if you're interested in working with us. Read More »

Article Tease: Calgary Review

Calgary review Cafe Koi

Another vegan-friendly restaurant with yummy appetizers is Cafe Koi. The menu has a special section for “karma appetizers” that includes vegetable dumplings, crispy ginger tofu chunks and yam wedges. For entrees, there are karma bowls, most of which are vegan and loaded with fresh vegetables. Calgary is just down the road

We're sitting in a library in Red Deer trying to catch-up on everything while we still have a chance. Headed to Calgary in a bit and chances are we will be spending the night there with some good friends. Read More »

Winding down in Edmonton

Thanks to all those who came out to the show in Edmonton tonight, whether or not you were standing behind a table promoting a cause or standing on the other side of it learning about it, thank you. Tonight was pretty much the kind of show we had in mind when all this was just […]

A Little Help From My Friends?

So, I thought it may help if I posted the tour schedule here in case you have suggestions for the spaces we currently have yet to figure out. We're looking for venues that are capable of holding a great music show, and if they happen to be veg*-friendly that is a definite plus. If not, I think we'll be friendly enough to make up for it. Read More »

One small step…

Just created three events pages for the T.O.F.U. Facebook page. That's about a tenth of the way to being done... why don't I just work 9-5 like everybody else? Read More »
