Vida Vegan Con excitement is growing
It seems like so long ago that the lovely ladies of Vida Vegan Con invited me to be a speaker at the first annual vegan blogging conference in the herbivore mecca of Portland, Oregon. In fact, I think we've put out at least two issues of the magazine since the first email! Read More »
The T.O.F.U. Tour 2009 Redux

Issue V: The Cover
Now that it's posted, I thought I should give a little bit of an explanation for the cover. Since the theme of spring cleaning had been decided for issue V, I felt the cover needed a sign of new life, and what better way to do that then with a plant sprouting? Read More »
Article Tease: DIY Microgreens

The promise of fresh foods in the coming months. It's almost enough to forget what the deep, dark winter months were like. Almost enough – but not quite. Read More »
